WHO THE COURSE IS FOR?
Individuals whose facilities are required to register with FDA - primarily QA managers, HACCP coordinators, food safety coordinators, plant managers, and others responsible for overseeing their company's Food Safety Plan.
COURSE CONTENTS
This is two and a half-day, Instructor-led course includes class, individual and team exercises using training developed by the FSPCA and an FDA-recognized standard curriculum. The Preventive Controls for Animal Food rule is intended to ensure safe manufacturing, processing, packaging and holding of animal food products in the United States. This course is aimed at those who wish to demonstrate that they meet the training requirements for PCQI Animal Food.
