These Third Party inspections are performed at critical points throughout manufacturing, fabrication, and construction to ensure conformance with code and design requirements.  These include assessment & oversight of materials, equipment, manufacturing & testing, installation of systems, methods of construction, fabrication of elements, erection of members, and placement of components throughout the construction process.  We additionally support our clients through Bureau Veritas’ full service AASHTO Accredited (read more here)  & CCRL Inspected Construction Material Testing Laboratory which holds NYC DOB Concrete Testing Lab Licensure and services the NYC Metropolitan Area.

Our Special Inspection Agency service line includes inspection services for capital projects, repairs, & renovations across the country and by verifying the quality of construction we are able to mitigate risk for the owner and the designer of record, which in turn allows the team to manage the risk and improve overall project performance.
