Strategies to build and demonstrate a robust food defense system within the organization will be discussed, as well as examples of good vs bad industry examples. At the conclusion, attendees will have a better understanding of what it will take to implement effective control measures to protect their products from sabotage and ensure that their brand is not compromised.
