CNA E-Tool 3.0 Clients

The Revised, web-based HUD CNA-e-Tool Goes live on October 13, 2020

Before transferring an existing E-Tool to the new system, or before beginning your next project that requires a needs assessor complete the E-Tool, there are a number of steps that need to be completed within the new HUD system to get ready.

The window to update your old CNA e-Tool to the revised web-based E-tool closes on October 9, 2020!

Mandatory use of HUD's CNA eTool became effective 11/1/2017 (updated in 2020) for FHA multifamily mortgage insurance applications.

Our team has participated in the testing of the eTool since 2014. BV's HUD specialists attended CNA eTool training sessions hosted by HUD across the country to help us prepare for this implementation. We understand the various ways it will impact you.
