Rest assured, the Bureau Veritas laboratory network offering oil and gas, petrochemical, minerals, food, industrial hygiene, and environmental testing across North America remains fully operational. We understand that interruptions in shipping, closed borders, and required quarantines might make it more complicated to send samples to your normal laboratory, but we will continue to offer extensive testing solutions to ensure you can continue your operations.
Specific to the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the suite of other tests, our laboratories can provide quick turnaround on isopropyl alcohol (IPA) analysis, as well as other sanitizing chemicals to ensure that they meet industry and quality standards. It is our top priority to ensure that your products get into the hands of those that have been most affected by this virus.
Should you require resources to collect samples, Bureau Veritas is able to leverage our large North American network of inspectors and field technicians to collect samples on your behalf.
Staffing
With the potential for absences in your laboratories, our Project Analytical Specialists (PAS) can offer lab staff coverage with no interruption in services as they are fully trained on testing required for Oil and Gas laboratories.
For labs with a large number of absences, we can manage the laboratory for our clients during an extended-absence period.
Customer Support & Ordering
As our laboratories are still fully-operational, we emphasize the use of our no-contact pickup policy for any clients who visit our physical locations. For our environmental, food and fluid condition monitoring customers, supplies can alternatively be ordered online and delivered straight to your door when you use our Customer Portal and LOAMS Platform.
When sample submission is completed, you can track and manage your order online 24/7. All of your data is continuously updated and securely stored so that you can track your progress as you go. We hope that these tools make working with us easier as we overcome these unprecedented times.
