what is skillbridge?

SkillBridge is an initiative that allows transitioning service members to gain valuable work experience at a company during their final months of active duty. This collaboration presents an excellent opportunity for us to tap into a pool of talented individuals while providing them with meaningful training and career pathways.

It enables service members to work full-time with us while remaining on military pay, and allows us to assess their fit for our team while giving them the opportunity to evaluate if we are the right match for their career goals.

Service members can be granted up to 180 days of permissive duty to focus solely on training full-time with approved industry partners after their chain of command, field grade commander, provides written authorization and approval.
