WHO THE COURSE IS FOR?

Individuals whose facilities are required to register with FDA - primarily QA managers, HACCP coordinators, food safety coordinators, plant managers, and others responsible for overseeing their company's Food Safety Plan. 

COURSE CONTENTS

This is 3-day, Instructor-led course including class, individual and team exercises. Using FDA-recognized materials, our FSPCA-trained lead instructors will prepare you to meet the new FSMA PCQI requirement at your FDA-registered food facility. After the course you will learn to develop and apply risk-based PCQI training for preventive controls that meet FSMA's requirements for a complete food safety system.
