Gluten Free Certification

The gluten-free market is growing at a rapid pace as consumers become increasingly aware— and wary—of gluten in their diets. To earn the trust of these conscientious consumers, food and agriculture businesses turn to certification through the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP). Endorsed by the National Celiac Association, the GFFP is a comprehensive and practical gluten-free certification program meeting the needs of food manufacturers and the customers they serve. Since 2004, the GFFP Certified Mark of Trust™ logo has become widely recognized by grocery retailers, food safety leaders and gluten-free consumers across North America and worldwide.

More than 90% of consumers look for third-party verification in order to trust a label claim.

Gluten-Free Laboratory Testing

Prior to applying to the program and scheduling an audit, manufacturing sites need to test their products to confirm that they contain less than 5 ppm of gluten. Bureau Veritas' food laboratory can verify whether your product is gluten free through our allergen testing services.
