Bureau Veritas provides ultratrace analysis to a variety of public and private industry stakeholders, across a wide range of matrices including drinking water, biological tissue, ash, sediments, soil, pulp and paper waste, sewage sludge, wastewater effluent, and air samples.

We are recognized internationally for our high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) services and our commitment to quality, providing ISO 17025, NELAC and US DOD certified testing services for compounds such as polychlorinated dibenzo(p)dioxins, polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDDs, PCDFs), polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) congeners, organochlorine pesticides, and chlorinated benzenes.

Bureau Veritas has developed methodologies for testing of emerging contaminants by triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, including toxaphene, pharmaceuticals and personal care products. In addition, we provide analytical services related to passive sampling including consultation on applicable technologies, performance reference compound loading, processing (extractions and clean-ups) and analysis for a variety of passive diffusion and semi-permeable membrane devices.
