- Quality Managers, Quality Engineers, Auditors, and other personnel who support operations with the implementation, monitoring and improving their Management System.
- Product Engineers and personnel involved with the development of their APQP, PPAP, the core IATF 16949 and manufacturing process owners.
- Procurement and Supply Chain personnel who work with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet organizational requirements.
COURSE CONTENTS
This three (3) day program covers the IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 19011requirements. Unlike other automotive courses this program includes advanced practical applications and teaches auditors the 10 top utilized auditing tools and how to apply them when auditing the IATF 16949program. The course goes beyond auditing and teaches the intent and application of the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements for an organization to achieve process effectiveness and efficiencies as required by the standard. In addition to the auditing tools the program includes the AIAG Core Automotive Tools and covers the Automotive Process and Risk Management Approach. Upon successful completion each participant receives their automotive accredited credentials.
